 Support
Flexible To allow some wrist flexion
Stiff To fully immobilise the wrist

Most athletes prefer a medium-length, flexible wrist wrap, suitable for a variety of exercises.

If you have a very small wrist, we would recommend choosing the small length.

The large flexible wrap is ideal for those wanting a versatile wrap which, depending on how many times it is wrapped, can be altered to be more or less supportive.

Athletes looking for maximal support can try the stiff version of our wrist wraps, which we would typically recommend as a second pair of wrist wraps to complement our flexible wraps.

We recommend hand washing the wrist wraps with warm water and a mild detergent, and then allow the wraps to air dry. Do not machine wash or dry, as this can damage the material of the wrist wraps.

Both Flexible And Stiff Are Great!

I’ve been training with both types of wrist wraps for over four years now and I cannot recommend them enough!

I use my stiff ones for bench and flexible ones for low bar squats and I genuinely cannot imagine using anything other than SBD.

My wrists have always been a bit of a problem area for me, but I feel safe and secure with these knowing I can really push weight without having to worry about dodgy wrists!

Stiff wraps

I haven't tried flexy yet, but honestly I swear by the stiff wraps. I remember when I first started training I would buy a cheap pair of wrist wraps and the seems would be breaking by a month.

I have had 2 pairs of wrist wraps (only replaced due to loosing them) and both have been durable with training 4 days a week. Every single week.

I have always said to anyone, don't buy cheap wrist wraps. Buy SBD

Wrist Wraps

100% worth it. I had originally bought wrist wraps from a cheaper, non IPF approved company, to aid with training and I thought that wrist wraps couldn't get any better. Then I had my SBD ones delivered. The thickness and quality of these wraps blow the other ones out of the water. Even the flexible ones seem stiffer than the cheaper ones I had but not too stiff that slight movement isn't achievable. I chose the 1M long wraps and by the time you wrap them around your wrists you really notice that they are there.
