For countries and territories where SBD Apparel has a retailer, it will be most cost effective for customers to order from their local retailer. Orders received from customers who have a local retailer, will be given the option to be re-directed to that retailer or to submit the order as an enquiry to SBD Apparel.

Cancellation & Items no longer required
Orders cancelled after dispatch of the goods will be refunded only once the items are returned to us, and will be subject to a deduction for postage and packaging costs. Items must be returned within 7 days from receiving the goods. The customer will be responsible for the safe return of the goods. In all instances, goods must be returned as new, with no blemish, defect or parts missing, neither must the outer packaging show any damage or be defaced in anyway.
Items may be exchanged for a different size, provided they are returned to us within 14 days from receiving the goods. The customer will be responsible for the safe return of the goods, and an additional postage and packaging charge at the relevant rate. In all instances, goods must be returned clean and unused with no blemish, defect or parts missing. Please note that, for hygiene reasons, socks may not be exchanged once opened. Claims for Damage in Transit, Incorrect Goods and Non-Deliveries
It is the Customers responsibility to notify us of any incorrect or damaged goods supplied within 48
hours of delivery. We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 5
days from the expected delivery date. We shall accept no liability for shortages, non-deliveries,
incorrect goods and goods damaged on delivery outside the reported timescales. Except when
extenuating circumstances have prevented notification within the reported timescale. The
extenuating circumstances must be by mutual agreement.
