Orders are dispatched within 1-2 days, but we do endeavour to dispatch orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday the same day.Christmas Delivery
Please place UK orders by 2pm on Wednesday 19th December to ensure they reach you in time for Christmas, we will endeavour to get orders placed after this time to you in time for Christmas but unfortunately we will no longer be able to ensure Christmas delivery.
UK & Ireland Delivery
Orders are shipped by DHL on a next working day service to the UK, and a two working day service to Ireland. A signature will be require for all orders.

Countries with Official Retailers
For countries and territories where SBD Apparel has a retailer, it will be most cost effective for customers to order from their local retailer. Orders received from customers who have a local retailer, will be given the option to be re-directed to that retailer or to submit the order as an enquiry to SBD Apparel.

Cancellation & Items no longer required
Orders cancelled after dispatch of the goods will be refunded only once the items are returned to us, and will be subject to a deduction for postage and packaging costs. Items must be returned within 14 days from receiving the goods. The customer will be responsible for the safe return of the goods. In all instances, goods must be returned as new, with no blemish, defect or parts missing, neither must the outer packaging show any damage or be defaced in anyway.
Items may be exchanged for a different size, provided they are returned to us within 14 days from receiving the goods. The customer will be responsible for the safe return of the goods, and an additional postage and packaging charge at the relevant rate. In all instances, goods must be returned clean and unused with no blemish, defect or parts missing.
Please note that, for hygiene reasons, socks may not be exchanged once opened.
