Delivery & Returns

Delivery Orders are dispatched within 1-2 days, but we do endeavour to dispatch orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday the same day.

Christmas Delivery Please place UK orders by 2pm on Wednesday 19th December to ensure they reach you in time for Christmas, we will endeavour to get orders placed after this time to you in time for Christmas but unfortunately we will no longer be able to ensure Christmas delivery.

UK & Ireland Delivery

Orders are shipped by DHL on a next working day service to the UK, and a two working day service to Ireland.

Worldwide Delivery

Orders can be shipped to over 200 countries & territories by DHL Express Worldwide. While we will endeavour to assist with any customs related issues, the customs clearance and any costs involved are the responsibility of the importer.

Countries with Official Retailers

For countries and territories where SBD Apparel has a retailer, it will be most cost effective for customers to order from their local retailer. Orders received from customers who have a local retailer, will be given the option to be re-directed to that retailer or to submit the order as an enquiry to SBD Apparel.

Returns

Cancellation & Items no longer required

Orders cancelled after dispatch of the goods will be refunded only once the items are returned to us, and will be subject to a deduction for postage and packaging costs. Items must be returned within 14 days from receiving the goods. The customer will be responsible for the safe return of the goods. In all instances, goods must be returned as new, with no blemish, defect or parts missing, neither must the outer packaging show any damage or be defaced in anyway.

Exchanges

Items may be exchanged for a different size, provided they are returned to us within 14 days from receiving the goods. The customer will be responsible for the safe return of the goods, and an additional postage and packaging charge at the relevant rate. In all instances, goods must be returned clean and unused with no blemish, defect or parts missing.
Please note that, for hygiene reasons, socks may not be exchanged once opened.

All SBD Apparel products undergo a stringent quality control process; we expect our products to live up to the highest standards, and guarantee our products against manufacturing defects. If a product does not live up to your expectations, please contact us at shop@sbdapparel.com.

Purchase Terms

Contract

We use Paypal to provide security in handling online transactions. As a result, your credit/debit card is charged for the items ordered as soon as you confirm your order. It is only when your goods are dispatched to you that there is a binding contract. We have the right to refuse to supply any goods ordered by you.

Availability of Goods

All products are subject to availability, however it is our policy to contact you if a product is out of stock and if you do not wish to proceed with the order or for any reason we cannot supply the product we will arrange for the order to be cancelled.

Claims for Damage in Transit, Incorrect Goods and Non-Deliveries

It is the Customers responsibility to notify us of any incorrect or damaged goods supplied within 48 hours of delivery. We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 5 days from the expected delivery date. We shall accept no liability for shortages, non-deliveries, incorrect goods and goods damaged on delivery outside the reported timescales. Except when extenuating circumstances have prevented notification within the reported timescale. The extenuating circumstances must be by mutual agreement.
