Our singlets are sized based on athlete weight. However, athletes who are tall or short for their weight class are recommended to adjust up or down by one size respectively.
Hand wash your singlet with a mild detergent in warm water, leaving the garment to air dry. Do not put the singlet through a machine dryer as the heat can affect the material of the garment.

Thoroughly impressed with this. I spoke to an advisor on the phone and he advised me to size down which was exactly the right to do. Extremely comfortable and a very good level of compression. It seemed to make a very good impression on my first deadlift session.
If you’re thinking of buying a singlet from anywhere else don’t bother - SBD are the best in the game for a reason!

Honestly the new ranges of singlet are so good, you feel secure, tight and movable all at once. I feel secure with a barbell on my back without the need for chalk even.
I have used these singlets in regional and national comps and I can say they aren't gonna look see through. Plus they definitely make your legs look huge!

I’ve just recently got the SBD singlet and I was a bit worried by the bad reviews made about the singlet, I can assure you that material and quality of the singlet is great. It feels very comfortable to wear.
